Burrito Anyone?

While driving going to the Red rock Canyon, Las Vegas. Our mind was in the burrito and all we want to do is to get to our destination and gobble this bad boy. It was a 30 to 45 minutes drive but the heat was excruciating that made all the passengers exhausted and dehydrated. Babger grabbed his share of burrito as soon as we arrived to the place while me and the kids waited to our last stop.


A burrito or taco de harina, is a type of Mexican food. It consists of a wheat flour tortilla wrapped or folded around a filling. The flour tortilla is usually lightly grilled or steamed, to soften it and make it more pliable. Source:Wikipedia

Basically Mexican burrito and American burrito has different ingredients added to it but they both delish.

Mexican Foods

I miss having Mexican. There is a Mexican restaurant nearby and they have good menu but the place is expensive. Most of the restaurant up in squirrel hills are expensive because most people live there have money which means they can afford it. The last time we had Mexican food that was Mother's day I ordered a seafood fajitas and that other plate there with taco was hubby's food. The money you we paid for the food was all worth it because we got out from the place with full stomach.
