Ramen Noodles

The season is changing and so is the weather. It starting to get colder every day. Have some noodles soup and enjoy slurping to keep you warm. I bought 2 big packs of noodles at Korean store and each pack has 4 small packs. Im down to one right now so am thinking of making a trip to the Korean store again.

Cat Fish Tinola

i miss this type of simple Filipino dish. This would be super good if I have fresh fish. Anyway, my husband bought a pack of catfish at Costco. I adobo and fried some of it but since I was craving for tinola, I tried some of it. I asked a friend first if catfish works on Tinola and since she is expert in kitchen stuff and said yes, any fish will do. That was a go signal for me to experiment on the Tinola catfish. In fairness, I love it and surely filled my stomach up.

Soup

One time we went to the SP to visit MIL and then take home some yummy frozen soup. She actually made this soup and tasted really good. I love it.
