Busy Day Paprikash

I found this recipe at the back label in the cream of chicken soup so I decided to try it out. I used the the noodle for liguini since i can't find the noodles that looks like the one in the picture. Aside from that I also skip one ingredients (yogurt or sour cream) in the recipe because i don't have it in my kitchen. I copied the recipe from the label. You might want to try this out to give a different variation in your dinner menu.

Note: The picture may look different from the picture if the real Busy Day Paprikash that is found at the label of the can. You might want to check out the can though.

You will need:

1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 medium onion, halved sliced
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1 can (10-1/2 oz) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup lowfat sour cream or yogurt
Hot cooked noodles

In large skillet, saute chicken and onion in oil until chicken is browned. Sprinkle with paprika. Stir in soup and water. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat; do not boil. Serve over noodles.
