I had beef defrosted and I don't have veggies like carrots and potatoes to make into caldereta so I thought of trying out beef adobo. I had to search it online of the steps to make sure that it has the same ingredients and instruction as chicken or pork adobo. So, here it is my beef adobo. Let's dig in!

Ngayon lang ako nakadinig nang beef adobo. Me nakita ako nuon na nagluto nang adobong baboy, manok at baka pero ngayon lang talaga ako nakadinig nang beef adobo. Kung ako siguro ang nag defrost nang freezer eh iluluto ko ang beef na caldereta, mechado or beef steak. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
