Are you up for a challenge to get back in shape in just a week? I'm just kidding yo, I'm not in a diet challenge mode. It's just so happened that I am not a morning person, I don't cook breakfast because my kids usually gets up at 11:00 in the morning and they like to have their milk first upon waking up. That hour also is close to lunch and the quickest food I could eat is my cereal. What do you like to eat for breakfast?

i'm not a morning person either, so i tend to skip breakfast too. i know though that breakfast is a very good metabolism kicker, so if you're on a diet, make sure to eat breakfast ;)
