Ginataan with Spinach and Egg Roll


I was looking for Mung Bean at the Korean store nearby but they're out of stock, instead i found a Red Bean. The red bean is like a mung bean but bigger seeds. So, I added some pork and spinach with coconut milk.

For the husband, I deep fried some egg roll. We bought a box of frozen, ready to cook egg roll at Costco.
