I finally got the chance to cook Tocino. I saw a post of tocino at Bading Rose blog and I asked her where she bought the Tocino. So, she shares her secret recipe, the tocino mix hehehe. This tocino still taste different with the tocino back home but it's good enough to satisfy the cravings.

I missed the homemade Tocino too..
Our frequent bouts for alfresco dining made me lazy to cook hahaha.
