I saw a different variation of fried chicken at Panlasang Pinoy.com but mine did not come out nice because I miss something in it. I did not mix all the ingredients as i do not have Panko available in my pantry right now. So, I did the simple fried chicken but i put too much garlic in it. As long as the boss love it, i'm cool with it. Maybe next time I'll try to follow the complete ingredients and steps in cooking Garlic Fried Chicken.

looks yummy tsang....next time tsang lat-i gamay ang chicken...tapos coat dayon sa scrambled egg nga bugnaw...nya arena...deep fried dayon...ang resulta...crispylicious...ehehehe!
