We all know that Indian food is full of spices, it may be hot, strong, or exotic. This is what makes the Indian food distinct compared to other cuisine. Well, this one was an Indian fried rice prepared by Indian couple. They invited us one day and packed some food for us. They have sumptuous all the time and they are very nice couple. I wanted to copy this fried rice but it's hard.
