Catfish anywone?
It's so simple to make this one. Cleaned the catfish and seasoned with salt and pepper on top. Sometimes I add paprika for more flavors then roll it in a panko breading mix. Fry it to brown and put them in the oven to finish cooking.

We catch a lot of catfish here and I don't like to eat it anymore. It grosses me out watching my husband skinning and gutting it. This one looks good mommyShy.
